- 12 mini bell peppers
- 2 cups spreadable cream cheese
- 12 slices prosciutto

Preheat oven to 350.

Slice the top off the baby bell peppers and then slice them in half. Seed them.

Spoon the cream cheese into the bell peppers and spread smooth.

Cut the prosciutto in half and wrap each pepper.

Bake for 20 minutes.
