24 Mint Oreo Cookies

2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

 

Mint Cheesecake

12 ounces cream cheese at room temperature

1/3 cup white granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 large egg yolk

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

green food coloring (I used Wilton Leaf Green gel color )
